METRA Australia has designed a secure and reliable solution to specifically automate parcel delivery and collection processes.
With our smart parcel locker solution, couriers choose a suitable locker size and enter an assigned locker number based on recipient delivery instructions. No courier-based delivery software or system required.
Once the locker door is closed an email is instantly sent to notify a recipient when their package is available for easy, secure and discrete 24/7 collection. Recipients then access the locker via QR code or PIN code supplied in the email.

Secure features
• RFID Master cards that open any locker or group of lockers (defined by METRA Australia’s delivery software).
• Remote opening of any locker by Administrator.
• Alarm for attempted locker break-in.
• Data event logging (locking, unlocking and alarm) for individual lockers.
• Packages left in the lockers over a specific time period, can be collected with a special RFID Master card.
• Once a package is collected or the locker is opened with the Master card, the credentials previously emailed are also cancelled.
